Metapraxis Career stages

Metapraxis Training
Training is a hugely important part of our approach as a business. Graduate level entrants are required to study for a business qualification, such as CIMA professional, or equivalent. This is accompanied by a combination of internal and external training courses that include, project management, presenting skills, business analysis techniques and people skills. At later stages, consultants can choose to take industry specific courses to combine with more general management, sales and negotiation development.
In the Software Development team, analysts are trained in relevant programming languages, our internal software assets as well as studying for a business certificate. At later stages, developers are encouraged to study for the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer qualification and will receive training in programme management, team management and client interaction.
