Robert BittlestoneChairman
Robert founded Metapraxis in 1979. The author of many business articles, including columns for various publications, Robert is a frequent conference speaker on both sides of the Atlantic. His award-winning book
"Odysseus Unbound - The Search for Homer's Ithaca" represents the application of data visualisation techniques to a 3,000-year old problem. He holds an MA in Economics from Christ's College, Cambridge, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA).
Andrew MoselyChief Operating Officer
Following time at Lloyds Bank and the First National Bank of Chicago, Andrew joined our banking group in 1988. After a period in strategy consulting, he rejoined Metapraxis in 1997, becoming Director in 1999 and Chief Operating Officer in 2005.
Andrew is responsible for the overall direction and quality of client project activity, and for the day to day running of the company. He holds an MA in Physics from Balliol College, Oxford.
Tony KirkeDirector, Technology Solutions Division
Tony joined Metapraxis in 1995 after five years working for Logica on projects including an intelligent front end for multiple mainframe applications, and a spell developing a revolutionary new concept in estate agency software. He leads the product development team, which works to develop links with software from our partner companies, as well as supporting business-focused enhancements to our suite of tools. Tony received a BSc in Business Computing Systems from City University, London in 1989.
Jean BittlestoneCompany Secretary
After a period in industry, Jean joined Metapraxis in 1985. As well as her responsibilities for company secretarial matters at Metapraxis, which includes a private shareholder base of around 200 investors, she is also responsible for the company's personnel, training and recruitment policy. Jean graduated with a BA Hons in History from York University and a Diploma in Personnel Studies from Leeds University. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Ken OlisaSenior Advisor to the Board
Ken's technology career spans over 30 years, starting with IBM from whom he won a scholarship while at Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. He joined Wang Laboratories in 1981, becoming Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe, Africa and the Middle East before founding Interregnum, the technology merchant bank, in 1992. Ken founded
Restoration Partners in 2006. Current appointments include Directorships at Reuters and Canadian software developer, Open Text Corporation. He is Chairman of homeless charity Thames Reach Bondway.
