Metapraxis business analysis helps manage reputational risk

In the February 2007 edition of Harvard Business Review, Dr Robert Eccles and his co-authors Scott Newquist and Roland Schatz explain why it is important for large companies to manage reputational risk effectively. They set out a five step process for the active management of reputational risk and explain the role that visualisation software plays in spotting risks. The exhibit in their article entitled "One Drug Company's Dashboard for Spotting Potential Risks" was prepared by Metapraxis based on anonymised data from a real client situation.
