Our business model involves delivering an ongoing repeatable Strategy, Planning or MI solution, alongside specific analysis projects. This allows us to develop an in depth understanding of our clients’ businesses and consequently deliver greater value than our competitors.

Our consultants are experienced in the business questions that senior executives face across a broad range of industries. We have a library of Business Analysis Techniques that we apply based on the specific issues facing the client’s business to deliver insightful and repeatable analyses.

Technology Tools

Our solutions are deliberately visual, interactive and designed to evolve with the client’s business. Our in house analysis software, Metapraxis Empower, underpins our ability to deliver entirely bespoke dashboard analysis solutions for our clients. We are technology agnostic and can use or plug-in to any consolidation or reporting tool, including:

Rapid Delivery Capability

When commencing with a client engagement, in our Strategy, Planning or MI offerings, our goal is to provide live dashboard analysis within weeks. Typically we deliver this over our highly secure cloud computing platform. In the longer term, the solution can be delivered in house, remain on our platform or be part of a fully outsourced Metapraxis Strategy, Planning or MI function. Once this solution is in place, we are able to provide ad hoc analysis projects aimed at specific issues or opportunities in short timescales.

Commercial Proposition

Our commercial proposition is simple. We deliver one off Strategy, Planning or MI analysis projects on a capped day rate basis. Our ongoing Strategy, Planning or MI solutions are provided on an Implementation and Service fee basis. Our model on delivering repeatable solutions alongside analysis projects, means we build an in depth understanding of our clients’ businesses which we can leverage to deliver projects at a higher value for a lower cost.
