David is President of the Financial & Risk business division at Thomson Reuters, a unit which represents US$6.5 billion in revenue with operations in over 150 countries.
Previously, David was with McKinsey & Company where he was a Partner in the Global Business Technology Office. Prior to McKinsey, he was a Senior Principal at American Management Systems. David started his career in manufacturing engineering and is now on the Board of the Thomson Reuters Foundation and on the advisory boards of the Atlantic Council and TheCityUK.
David talks about the challenges that analytics have helped him tackle in his organisation and the role of the finance function changing over the next 10 years.
