The first Tomorrow’s CFO event of 2016 brought together finance leaders from large and complex organisations, to discuss the analysis of sales performance and financial outcomes.
We were very pleased to be joined by Charles Tilley, CEO of CIMA, who spoke about the role of the management accountant in connecting and analysing the impact of sales activity on financial outcomes.
We were also delighted to welcome Jason Peters, Head of Finance, Europe at Thomson Reuters who shared his experience of applying innovative analysis techniques to the sales pipeline in his organisation, and how this helped him develop an improved strategic decision-making process.
