Our Client Services team is responsible for the implementation and support across all of our client solutions in London and New York. Once Empower solutions have been designed, delivered and deployed, Metapraxis provide a range of support services to clients.
We are looking for a full time Data Services Lead to help us create a data services team and centralise the management of client data updates across our client accounts. Initial responsibility will be for the management of data services at one of our largest media industry clients, from which you will be expected to design and implement a central data services operating model to provide data services support across all accounts.
As Data Services Lead, you will initially manage a team of 2-4 analysts and consultants delivering data services for one of our largest Client’s global MI & reporting solution. You will quickly develop a strong working knowledge of our client’s business model, processes, technology and the technical and analytical solution we provide and maintain.
The role is based in our Wimbledon office and there will be some travel expected to our client’s Central London offices and some scheduled trips to our New York Office in Manhattan.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with 3-5 years of experience with a large consultancy or services organisation, in delivering and supporting technology solutions for external clients, ideally in the field of data analytics. Our ideal candidate will embrace and understand the challenges that come with maintaining technology solutions and service excellence for clients, as well as delivering continuous service improvement. You will have an eye for detail, a passion for managing teams and services and you will thrive working in a hybrid, problem solving team.
