London based Test Engineer, Technology

London

At Metapraxis we are passionate about helping our clients drive performance and achieve data-driven success. We have a unique and proven approach – our analytics technology and the brilliant teams we are building in London and New York have made us a leader in strategic planning, financial analysis and data visualisation.

Our financial analytics platform, Empower, is the foundation for our solutions and developed and supported by our in-house, London-based technology team. The platform comprises a robust data modelling layer with a calculation and algorithm engine, all exposed through an analytic reporting and app-building front-end. In the coming years, we will be investing in the built-in finance intelligence of our platform, particularly incorporating advanced analytics and machine learning, along with our migration to be cloud-native enabling us to leverage other web services on Azure. The platform is built in Microsoft technologies (i.e. C++, C#, ASP.NET, TypeScript, HTML5).

This includes future versions of the existing Empower C++ desktop applications for creating executive dashboards, and the new data visualisation software based on HTML5 for web browsers and tablets.
