Our Operations division is led by the Operations Director and our goal is to create and maintain the conditions for success. The operations function comprises of HR & Culture, Enablement, L&D, PMO, Support, Facilities & Administration and we are responsible for ensuring the right people, processes, infrastructure and resources are in place to support out internal and client facing teams in both London and New York.
As we continue to grow, our operations are expanding as we support even more business change and improvement. We are looking for an Office Manager & Team Assistant to help us scale and deliver in line with this growth.
The Office Manager & Team Assistant role supports a wide range of operations led processes, projects and initiatives. There is never a dull moment in this role, and we are looking for the right candidate to join our brilliant team and help us make things happen.
The role is full time and based in Wimbledon but will support both our London and New York teams during the working hours of 09.30 – 18.00 (with a one-hour unpaid lunch break).
