Simon has been the Managing Director of Metapraxis since 2012, during which time the business has achieved market beating year on year sales growth and signed a record number of new clients.
Prior to joining Metapraxis, Simon spent six years working in the technology and outsourcing sectors with Xchanging. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a member of the CIMA Audit and Risk Committee and holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University
Deputy Managing Director
A member of the Metapraxis team for 25 years, Andrew holds the position of Deputy Managing Director. He leads our insight practice which is responsible for developing best practice visualisation techniques and delivering insight within our solutions.
Andrew has four years’ past experience in retail and international banking with Lloyds Bank and the First National Bank of Chicago. He graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Physics and also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Warwick Business School.
John leads our technology division and is responsible for product strategy, software development and delivery of our cloud services.
He brings with him extensive experience across a variety of sectors including insurance, investment banking, energy and utilities. John started his career at Accenture where he specialised in delivering complex transactional processing platforms, online collaboration tools and business intelligence solutions.
Justin leads our consulting practice and is responsible for the shaping and delivery of client engagements across our portfolio of services.
Before joining the Metapraxis team, Justin worked in the Transactions practice at EY. He has 15 years of experience in corporate finance, consulting and outsourcing having started his career at Accenture and later held senior management positions within Xchanging. Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M. Chem) from the University of Oxford.
Charlotte R Bhiladvala
Managing Director, Metapraxis Nordic
Charlotte has been the Managing Director of Metapraxis Nordic AB (formerly Eskadern Företagsutveckling AB) since 2014.
She has more than 20 years of experience in strategy, business and concept development. Charlotte has had a number of leading positions internationally, working with management teams and board representatives to ensure profitable and strategy focused companies.
She also shares her experience and knowledge as a board member in a number of companies.
Clinton van der Walt
Regional lead for Africa
Clinton is the Managing Director of FPA Consultants, our South African partner organisation. He has over 15 years experience in senior roles, both in Africa and the Middle East, in industries including retail, aviation, and healthcare.
He specialises in working with both senior management and board members, to ensure effective analysis, planning, modelling and reporting, and make sure that decision makers get the information they need.
Non Executive Team
Gerald has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently as a Managing Director, global equity sales at Deutsche Bank. Prior to embarking on his non-executive career, he completed an MSc in Finance and Development at SOAS. Gerald is also a Board Trustee of the Brandon Trust which supports people with learning disabilities.

Mike is co-founder and Director of Inogesis. Set up in 2014, Inogesis intelligently connects dynamic innovators and blue-chip organisations (Lockheed Martin, Leidos, Unilever, GSK, Dell EMC) to solve business challenges and deliver outstanding innovation through collaboration. Inogesis is backed by HNWIs behind tech commercialisation companies Touchstone Innovations and Technikos.
Prior to co-founding Inogesis Mike was Managing Partner of Restoration Partners working with visionary entrepreneurs including Mel Morris (Prevx and King.com), Mike spent over a decade in the venture capital industry with 3i plc, YFM Group, Electra and Acuity Capital, and spent his early career in the consumer sector with Unilever, Marks and Spencer and Harrods Limited.
